Existing partnerships
Karama has a joint agreement with the Turkish Bar Association and the International Union of Jurists on human rights, facilitated by the Sudanese Consulate General in Istanbul. It has also partnered with the Al-Daw Hajooj health center to establish a physiotherapy center in Omdurman.
Coordination with official bodies
Karama is officially registered with Sudan’s Humanitarian Aid Commission (HAC) as a national voluntary organization under the Voluntary and Humanitarian Work Act, 2006 (Registration Certificate No. 25/2024), and coordinates in the field with HAC on its relief programs, and engages with the UN Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights on its documentation work.
