Help for Displaced Families from Darfur

If you are displaced from Darfur, or know families who are and need food or medical support, this is a central part of Karama’s field work.

Karama Takaya at Al-Effad camp

The Karama Takaya at Al-Effad camp in Al-Dabbah, Northern State, provides daily lunch meals for Darfur-displaced people. The program has documented growth from 250 to 500 meals a day, plus drinking-water provision.

Mobile clinic

Karama has run a mobile clinic at the Azhari Al-Mubarak shelter center in Al-Effad, providing consultations, exams and treatment to 60 people a day over seven consecutive days.

Continued support in Omdurman

Karama also sustains ongoing support for the Hara 38 community kitchen in Omdurman.

These programs run in coordination with the Humanitarian Aid Commission (HAC). See the full relief & community kitchens program, or donate / contact us to support this work.
