Support for War-Injured Civilians & Medical Care

If you or someone you know was injured in the war in Sudan and needs surgical or medical care, this is one of Karama’s core programs.

Treatment abroad for cases beyond local capacity

Karama has treated seven civilian war casualties in Egypt so far, through surgery followed by physical rehabilitation programs. This relies on treatment partnerships abroad to cover the gap the war has left in Sudan’s health sector.

A physiotherapy center in Omdurman

To bring care closer to home, Karama partnered with the Al-Daw Hajooj health center to establish a physiotherapy center in Omdurman, one of the areas hardest hit by the war. This program is still in its early stages.
